The newly rebranded dealerships will bring Sheehy Auto Stores to 29 locations throughout Maryland and Virginia, further solidifying the company’s reputation as a regional leader. The facilities include a 45,000-square-foot Service Center, a 20,107-square-foot Toyota showroom, and a 4,356-square-foot Volvo showroom, ensuring customers can access state-of-the-art amenities and a comfortable shopping and service experience.
“We are proud to welcome Bill Kidd’s Volvo Cars Hunt Valley and Bill Kidd’s Toyota Timonium into the Sheehy Auto Stores family,” said Vince Sheehy, President of Sheehy Auto Stores. “This acquisition not only strengthens our position as the leading auto group in the Mid-Atlantic but also allows us to offer our customers an even broader range of vehicles and enhanced services. We remain dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and supporting the communities we proudly serve.”
Customers at the newly acquired locations can look forward to an expanded inventory of both new and used vehicles, as well as Sheehy’s innovative sales and service technologies. The dealerships will adopt Sheehy’s mission of "one team building a lasting relationship with each customer based on trust" and the “It’s Easy” philosophy, making car buying and servicing as seamless as possible. Additionally, the Sheehy VIP Program, one of the nation’s leading pre-paid maintenance packages, will be introduced to customers, enhancing the ownership experience.
Lisa Kidd will remain as the General Manager of the Toyota and Volvo dealerships, ensuring continuity for customers and employees. Sheehy also plans to retain as much of the existing staff as possible to provide a smooth transition and maintain strong community ties.
Sheehy Auto Stores will align with the dealerships’ existing community efforts while incorporating company-wide initiatives like the Annual School Supply Drive, Food Drive, and Toy Drive.
